Rowan Digital Infrastructure seeks a Senior Constructability Manager to shape early-stage data center development, evaluating sites for feasibility, safety, cost, and schedule. You will prepare executive summaries and partner with Development, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture to drive informed decisions.

Travel up to 50% nationwide, location in Denver, CO, with compensation in the $150K–$185K range plus bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive construction experience in preconstruction or early-phase planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Experience evaluating sites and developing credible mitigation strategies across civil and structural systems.
• Experience with hyperscale data centers or similarly complex projects preferred.
• Excellent business writing and ability to present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site constructability and feasibility assessments for prospective data center sites nationwide.
• Prepare formal reports, executive summaries, and clear recommendations with identified risks.
• Evaluate site access, topography, drainage, utilities, and nearby infrastructure.
• Identify challenges in civil/sitework, foundations, and major mechanical/electrical infrastructure.
• Assess construction sequencing, temporary works, logistics, and enablement needs.
• Organize multidisciplinary constructability reviews at design milestones; assign actions.
• Serve as the primary contact for Project Delivery during Preconstruction and coordinate with teams.
• Contribute to execution strategies, milestones, and contractor engagement plans.
• Maintain risk logs and translate findings into actionable options for leadership.
• Deliver executive-level briefings and written reports on constructability and risks.
