Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in connector design, electromechanical packaging, or interconnect engineering.
• Demonstrated experience designing custom components: housings, overmolds, contacts, or electromechanical assemblies.
• Hands-on mindset — you prototype, test, and troubleshoot hardware yourself.

Responsibilities

• Own 3D CAD modeling and 2D detailed drawings for custom connectors.
• Collaborate with EE to ensure interfaces meet signal integrity.
• Manage custom connector programs end-to-end.
