Job Summary

As Senior Connectivity Strategy Consultant in the Electric Power Division, your work ensures Electric Power customer needs are integrated into our connectivity and technology strategy, which enables them to get the most from our products and services. You will work closely with internal partners, dealers, and customers to identify and develop new solutions and establish a long‑term path for telematics and technology utilization.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will identify key strategic needs for Electric Power in the connectivity space and work with internal partners to drive alignment of key projects, resources, and hardware/software enhancements to support connectivity adoption and growth. Job duties include:

  • Working with the product groups across Electric Power to collect voice of customer and voice of business to establish telematics and technology requirements and needs.
  • Developing new priorities and needs for telematics hardware/software features in service of product support or condition monitoring goals
  • Establishing enhancements for existing technology solutions relative to customer, dealer, and product group feedback
  • Representing Electric Power within cross‑industry discussions for prioritization of EP needs and seeking areas of synergy with other verticals to accelerate technology and telematics feature development
  • Managing metrics, dashboards, and supporting management tools in place to monitor performance and determine opportunities for improvement.
