The ideal candidate will have strong research and analytical skills, a JD degree, and over 5 years of experience in law firm conflicts. Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with law firm conflicts or new business department preferred.
• Experience with automated conflicts and workflow systems preferred.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and analyze complex conflict reports and identify potential conflict of interest issues.
• Prepare communications to attorneys detailing potential issues found in conflict reports.
• Guide conflicts staff on research and analysis for accurate conflict reports.
• Assist attorneys with engagement and waiver letters.
