Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a Configuration Manager on-site in El Segundo, CA to oversee CM of program baselines and drive MBSE-enabled systems engineering across the lifecycle. You will manage baselines, control changes, and ensure compliance with data governance for mission-critical space systems.

The role requires 7+ years in CM/SE, MBSE experience, and an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP access. Salary ranges from $160,000 to $190,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Configuration Management or related engineering fields.
• Experience managing technical baselines and using CM tools.
• Familiarity with MBSE tools and methodologies.
• Experience with V&V, software licensing management, and technical data control.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field; additional experience may substitute for degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain SAP access.

Responsibilities

• Perform and maintain Configuration Management of program baselines.
• Track and manage changes to technical data using CM tools.
• Provide systems engineering expertise across the lifecycle from concept to operations.
• Oversee technical design, development, integration, testing, production, and sustainment activities.
• Collaborate with engineering teams using MBSE to manage data and documentation.
