Northrop Grumman Defense Systems seeks a Principal Configuration Analyst to lead configuration management for the RVA team. Located in Clearfield, UT, the role supports the ICBM Sustainment program within SDS, requiring a DoD Secret clearance and strong CM leadership.

The role emphasizes developing CM plans, tracking baselines, and ensuring item identification across the project lifecycle, with collaboration across PMs and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM or related field required.
• 5 years CM experience; 3 years with Master’s or 1 year with PhD.
• Experience with Air Force ICBM CM processes, systems engineering, and engineering drawing practices.
• Experience with MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Ensure integrity and consistency of product/configuration.
• Develop and implement CM plans, processes, procedures per regulations.
• Collaborate with program teams to identify, document, and control changes.
• Conduct audits to ensure CM compliance and drive improvements.
