Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 5 years of related experience.
• 8+ years in Configuration Management, Systems or Test Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures.
• Implement CM discipline for the full system life cycle.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
• Create and maintain configuration baselines.
• Coordinate across organizations for meetings (CCB/ERB/MRB/RRG).
• Facilitate meetings with proper AV setup and briefing material.
• Brief internal and external teams on CM, data, requirements, and system engineering.
• Support Atlassian JIRA instances, Confluence spaces and SharePoint.
• Record meeting minutes and capture artifacts.

The Candidate Will

• Use or recommend automated CM tools to implement CM policies and procedures.
• Develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system.
• Implement CM discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life.
• Perform change control and configuration audits.
• Create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.).
• Coordinate across multiple organizations to schedule and facilitate meetings such as CCB’s, ERB’s, MRB’s and RRG’s and ensure the correct Stakeholders are available.
• Facilitate meetings ensuring audio video equipment is properly configured and briefing material is available.
• Brief internal and external organizations on processes to include Configuration Management, Data Management, Requirements Management and System Engineering.
• Support the organization’s corporate tools to include multiple Atlassian JIRA instances and Confluence spaces and administration of SharePoint libraries.
• Record meeting minutes and capture artifacts.

Requirements

• Applicants MUST be a US citizen AND currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance with full scope polygraph.
• A Bachelors degree in a technical discipline is required or 5 additional years of work experience can be substituted for a degreeA master's degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience.
• Eight (8) years of experience as a Configuration Manager, System Engineer or Test Engineer
• Ability to multi-task and possess strong organizational skills
