Job summary

Applied Research Solutions is seeking a Senior Configuration Data Manager to provide support in accordance with the Air Force SEAM Configuration Management processes. The ideal candidate will have IT Configuration Management experience within a Department of Defense environment, along with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

The role involves managing software configurations, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulations as well as collaboration with various technical boards.

Salary range is $110k - $130k based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• IT Configuration Management experience within the Department of Defense environment.
• Experience performing HW and SW configuration audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration of software, documents, and design drawings.
• Provide configuration management of all relevant program artifacts.
• Maintain CM files including identification, control, and status accounting.
• Convene and manage Configuration Control Boards and record results.
• Review and analyze proposed changes for operational impact.

Skills

IT Configuration Management experience within the Department of Defense environment

Experience performing HW and SW configuration audits

Strong attention to detail

Organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Experience in MS Office Suite software
