Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking a highly detailed Configuration Asset Manager in the Hampton, VA area to ensure accurate, up-to-date drawings and compliant documentation for DCGS infrastructure. The role collaborates with PMO C/DM, IPTs, ARTs, and platform teams, with audits and inventory management across DGS-X and AF BLUE environments.

The ideal candidate has a TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years in technical/engineering support, 4+ years publishing enterprise defense docs, and strong Visio skills.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent combined work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years related technical or engineering support work experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience developing, managing, and publishing technical documentation in enterprise or defense environments.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Visio for diagrams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Drawing Maintenance & Creation: maintain, update, and create drawing documentation and internal connection drawings as part of DGS-X and AF BLUE packages.
• SOP Compliance: ensure all drawing documentation conforms to SOP-102 for Enduring Systems and OA.
• Repository Management: upload drawings to SharePoint and Intelink upon creation/modification.
• Collaboration: coordinate with PMO C/DM, IPTs, ARTs, Systems Team, and Platform Management to capture changes.
• Physical Inventory: maintain updated inventory of DCGS site assets.
• SWAP Monitoring: monitor Space, Weight, and Power metrics for planning.
• Configuration Auditing: conduct quarterly PCAs and document results.
