Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Configuration/Data Manager IV to lead CM processes aligned with AS9100, EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61 and contract requirements. You will oversee baselines, changes, and documentation control to keep hardware, software, and data accurate and fully traceable through the product lifecycle.

You will manage ECRs, run Configuration Control Board activities, and prepare CMPs while maintaining CM databases and audit-ready records.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of Configuration/Data Management experience in DoD, aerospace, or missile defense programs.
• Knowledge of configuration management principles and standards including AS9100, EIA-649, MIL-HDBK-61.
• Experience with PDM/PLM tools (Windchill, Enovia, Teamcenter, SolidWorks PDM).
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, NX, Pro/Engineering).
• Proficient with MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
• U.S. Citizen and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain CM processes per standards and contracts.
• Manage baselines to ensure integrity, traceability, and lifecycle alignment.
• Oversee creation, review and approval of engineering drawings and TDPs.
• Administer ECRs and change workflows with tracking.
• Coordinate CCB meetings and action items.
• Maintain CMPs and CM databases, ensuring audit readiness.
• Present configuration status and metrics to leadership.
• Support FCA, PCA and compliance assessments.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, QA, PM and customers.
