Job summary

Maximus is seeking a skilled Configuration Management Analyst to join our Technology and Consulting Services team. The role focuses on governing CMDB data, supporting change management, and ensuring audit-ready records across enterprise systems and services.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, perform data validation and reconciliation, contribute to release documentation, and uphold ITIL standards and security requirements in a federal environment.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust; US citizenship or national status required.
  • Experience supporting configuration management and CMDB operations.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL change and configuration processes.
  • Ability to perform data reconciliation and quality assurance.
  • Experience supporting audit and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of work experience, with at least 3 years in CMDB/change management in large enterprise or federal environment.

Pay Transparency

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
