Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal quality control team.
• Oversee the design and optimization of concrete mixtures.
• Conduct comprehensive field inspections and materials tests.
• Ensure compliance with MNDOT quality requirements.
• Oversee the creation of Environmental Product Declarations.
