Job summary

Duininck Concrete is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead the quality department, ensuring all concrete products meet industry standards and specifications. The role includes optimizing concrete mixtures, developing quality control procedures, and conducting inspections.

Ideal candidates will have experience in managing teams and a strong knowledge of ACI and ASTM standards. This year-round position offers a salary between $80,000 and $105,000, with a robust benefits package including health plans and a 401K.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• In-depth knowledge of ASTM testing methods and best practices in concrete quality assurance.
• Ability to handle loading and unloading of cylinders and other physical activities as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal quality control team.
• Oversee the design and optimization of concrete mixtures.
• Conduct comprehensive field inspections and materials tests.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to concrete performance.
• Ensure full compliance with MNDOT quality requirements.
