Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in concrete or general construction.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel within Montana and North Dakota.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Know concrete formwork, slab prep and placement, finishes, grade, and layout.
• Read and interpret plans and specifications with understanding of concrete specs.
• Demonstrate basic electrical and mechanical knowledge related to concrete construction.
• Adhere to company/client policies and applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Complete daily job reports when required.
• Follow all safety procedures and be punctual.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and adaptability in the field.
