Responsibilities

• Set forms that hold the concrete in place and direct the casting with the truck driver.
• Pour, smooth, and level concrete using a rake, trowel, float, and screed.
• Check forms for proper construction and finish surfaces of poured concrete.
• Mold expansion joints and edges using edging tools, jointers, and straightedge.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and assist with waste disposal when required.
