Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of concrete estimating experience in heavy civil or industrial construction.
• Proven experience with water/wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and large civil structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Review blueprints, specs, geotechnical reports, and addenda.
• Create detailed cost estimates across all phases of concrete work.
• Obtain and evaluate quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Lead the entire bid process, from takeoff to final proposal.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.
• Communicate with GCs, engineers, and owners for clarification.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, and value engineering opportunities.
• Recommend cost-saving alternatives and schedule efficiencies.
• Work hand-in-hand with PMs, field leaders, and operations.
• Support seamless project handoffs with thorough documentation.
