Job summary
B.H. Inc. is seeking a Senior Concrete Estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects, perform takeoffs, and price work. The role includes site visits to assess conditions and collaboration with the team to craft comprehensive estimates.
Located in Phoenix, AZ or other offices, this full-time position offers a strong benefits package including health, vision, dental, life insurance, a 401k match, and PTO, with weekly pay and a competitive salary range.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering or similar field, or equivalent construction experience.
- 5–10 years of experience as an estimator for concrete projects.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and owners.
- Learn estimating processes including bid invitations, takeoffs, estimating software, plan and specification review.
- Experience with Excel, Word, Bluebeam, Planswift, TBC, Agtek and Estimate(B2W).

- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for concrete projects.
- Conduct takeoffs and pricing.
- Evaluate project plans and specifications; visit site to understand conditions.
- Collaborate with team to build comprehensive estimates.
