OnlyHire.Me in Woodland Hills, CA is seeking a Senior Concrete Estimator to lead the take-off and pricing for self-performed, multi-story cast-in-place projects in California. This role requires precise quantity take-offs and reliable initial pricing aligned with project schedules.

You will apply your deep knowledge of man-hour production rates for various formwork systems and leverage Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift/On Screen Takeoff; Model Based Estimating is

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
• Excellent understanding of man hour production rates for various formwork systems and finishing tasks using historical data.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift / On Screen Takeoff a plus.
• Experience with Model Based Estimating a plus.

Job Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 10 years estimating self-performed multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
• Must have excellent understanding of man hour production rates for various formwork systems and types, placing and finishing task based on historical data.
• Strong knowledge of Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift / On Screen Takeoff a plus.
• Experience with Model Based Estimating a plus.
