Job summary

AT&T Stadium seeks a Senior Event Specialist, Ticket Operations to lead the build of ticketed events for concerts and other major events, and to support Dallas Cowboys ticket operations as needed. You will serve as the SME on SeatGeek's Unify platform, mentor staff, and coordinate with promoters, artist management, and touring representatives from build through settlement.

This role reports to the Senior Manager, Ticket Operations and requires strong data, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of ticketing operations experience.
• 4+ years on the SeatGeek (Unify) platform.
• 2+ years of event/entertainment build on SeatGeek (Unify).
• Experience building ticketing structures for concerts and major live events in a high-volume venue.
• Experience training, mentoring, and guiding staff.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel and Word).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication; ability to build relationships with promoters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for promoters and 3rd-party event reps, leading ticketed events build.
• Coordinate presale codes, fan club/VIP offers, and on-sale strategy.
• Build pricing and inventory structures for different seating options.
• Partner on post-event settlement and revenue reconciliation.
• Collaborate on on-sale timing and inventory parameters with sales and ticket partner.
• Plan event day needs with stadium operations; escalate ticketing issues as needed.
• Create sales inventories, financial audits, and data reports for leadership.
• Oversee coordination with access management and testing for events.
• Lead and train Ticket Operations staff; provide customer service duties as required.
• Troubleshoot and test ticketing products for reliability.
