Job summary

Ultra Intelligence and Communications is seeking a full-time COMSEC Operator in Warrenton, VA. You will perform daily COMSEC operations, support key distribution, and provide cryptographic support for secure networks as part of a small, on-site team.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a mission-critical environment. Travel is limited but possible for meetings and training events.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance is required.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal/customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation experience.
• Positive attitude and ability to lead problem resolution.
• Willing to work non-standard hours to support mission needs.
• Able to integrate into a small, high-functioning team and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day operations supporting High Assurance COMSEC key distribution.
• Provide cryptographic support of communication networks.
• Interact with offsite locations to troubleshoot equipment and electronic keys.
• Use Tier 2 distribution systems (CARDS and KMI) daily.
• Monitor COMSEC requests and address issues promptly.
• Update and maintain COMSEC equipment (e.g., STE, Viper, KG-240/250).
• Support monthly COMSEC training and facility tours.
• Orient new employees to customer policies.
• Provide support to customer vendors and submit metrics.
• Assist in testing new capabilities as requested.
