L&T Group AI Center of Excellence in Santa Clara, CA seeks a senior Computer Vision Scientist to advance 2D/3D vision for industrial applications. You will own the reusable vision platform, guiding data acquisition, labeling standards, and deployment across assets from BIM to digital twins.

Ideal candidates hold a PhD or MS in a related field with 8–15 years of CV/ML experience, strong Python/C++, and a track record of production deployments. Hands-on edge AI and publications are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 8–15 years in computer vision and ML with production deployments.
• Industrial, manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure experience preferred.
• Strong Python and C++, with expertise in CNNs and vision transformers.

Aufgaben

• Design, train, and optimize models for detection, segmentation, tracking, pose estimation, and anomaly detection.
• Adapt foundation models to industrial and site imagery.
• Deliver PoCs to production with measurable business value.
• Mentor scientists and engineers; contribute to the CoE repository and patents.
