Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field.
• Hands-on experience in computer vision and machine learning, including deploying models in production.
• Proven track record of end-to-end CV/ML systems from 0→1, ideally in commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Define experiments to validate risks (precision, recall, latency) for CV models.
• Build end-to-end CV/ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment.
• Set up annotation workflows to create high-quality datasets from video streams.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to turn business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Select and optimize state‑of‑the‑art architectures for video action recognition.
• Provide technical leadership in video-based computer vision and guide hiring.
