Job summary

Dexterity is seeking a Computer Vision and ML Engineer to develop and optimize CV models, focusing on low-latency, real-time inference and scalable ML pipelines. You will work on semantic and instance segmentation, leveraging PyTorch/TensorFlow with OpenCV/Open3D.

The role requires strong C++ and Python, cloud experience, and familiarity with production-grade serving architectures. Previous robotics/autonomy exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Computer Science, ML or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Experience with OpenCV and Open3D; production ML models with PyTorch/TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Write Computer Vision code and build ML models for CV applications.
• Update and scale ML pipelines to cover more scenarios and improve accuracy.
• Develop and optimize models for low-latency, real-time inference.
• Build training and serving pipelines in cloud environments; deploy and troubleshoot in the field.
