Job summary

AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Computer Vision Engineer to own applied model development across computer vision, ML, and data science use cases for object detection, segmentation, classification, and video analysis.

You will evaluate architectures with PyTorch and TensorFlow, deploy models, handle edge-device constraints, and work from Dallas, TX onsite with flextime remote options. 3–5 years of CV/ML experience and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available
• 3–5 years of experience in Computer Vision/ML/Data Science
• Degree in CS/Engineering/DS or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• US-based engineers must reside in Dallas, TX and be onsite
• Strong Python proficiency
• Hands-on PyTorch and/or TensorFlow experience
• Proven track record of building/deploying CV/ML models
• Knowledge of time-series, forecasting, anomaly detection, regression, clustering
• Experience with CV hardware (cameras, sensors, lighting) and edge deployment
• English at an upper-intermediate level

Responsibilities

• Own the applied model development across CV, AI/ML, and data science use cases
• Translate complex business problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
• Evaluate model options, train and fine-tune architectures, analyze performance
• Develop and deploy object detection, segmentation, classification, and video analysis models
• Build models for time-series forecasting and anomaly detection
• Account for real-world constraints to ensure data quality and robust production performance
