Qualifications

• Relevant experience in design and development of computer or information systems across their lifecycle (requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Military training like JCAC may count toward experience; entry levels include FULL PERFORMANCE, SENIOR, and EXPERT with specified degrees and years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Modernize IT architecture through analysis of research and evolving project requirements.
• Integrate industry trends, emerging technologies and standards and new vendor features.
• Collaborate with technical and application teams to identify, evaluate and recommend technical solutions.
• Produce compliance results for project requirements and IT architecture.
• Define and analyze data requirements, map legacy data stores to data models.
• Propose standard data transport methods between IT systems and corporate databases.
• Ensure alignment of enterprise data models with physical data models.
