Job summary

Eiden Systems Consulting is seeking an experienced Computer Systems Analyst to support the analysis, development, implementation, and sustainment of complex software and enterprise systems. The role entails collaboration with engineers, programmers, and end users to meet system requirements and specifications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing performance, interfaces, testing, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience analyzing and supporting complex software applications and computer systems.
• Experience with software development, testing, implementation, and system documentation.
• Experience analyzing system performance, workload, usage, downtime, and interfaces.
• Experience evaluating system modifications, upgrades, and COTS solutions.
• Ability to work effectively with programmers and technical teams to implement system and program specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Lead Computer Systems Analyst to analyze, develop, and enhance complex software and enterprise applications.
• Support systems across engineering, business, and records management capabilities.
• Analyze user interfaces to improve functionality, usability, and performance.
• Monitor and maintain hardware and software performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain system requirements, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with programmers to ensure accurate implementation of program specifications.
• Prepare milestone status reports and communicate project progress and risks.
• Assist in system testing and validation to ensure requirements are met.
