Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Computer System Analyst to work in Falls Church, VA. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Role Overview

Everforth ECS will support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) through program management and advanced analytics to enhance decision‑making across critical healthcare IT initiatives. The role uses tools such as SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI‑driven analytics to develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities.

Responsibilities

Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data‑processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. Review user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or enhance existing systems and assess system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. Recommend and evaluate commercially available software solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with OCONUS / Global Program Management and with DoD IT systems maintenance and enhancements.
• 7+ years of DoD work experience.
• 10+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence.
• Advanced knowledge of cloud, cybersecurity, and/or virtual resource practices in a DHA or DOD environment.
• Ability to transition quickly and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines.

Desired Skills

• Cybersecurity certification such as CompTIA Security+ or CISSP.
• AWS/Azure or Cloud administration certifications.
