Job summary

Jabil in Florence, KY seeks a Principal Advanced Compute Product & Server Test Engineer to guide technical direction for NPIs and manufacturing programs across server and storage platforms.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure performance, quality, and reliability while shaping scalable test infrastructure and architectures for manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer and Jabil operations teams in resolving complex product, process, and material issues using structured analytical approaches.
• Collaborate with site operations and test leadership to execute root cause investigations and drive measurable improvements in FPY, test throughput, and repair yield.
• Serve as the primary technical interface for customer product introductions and manufacturing performance across server and storage platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge bases, mentor test and debug leads, and incorporate feedback to support daily operational excellence.
