Qualifications

• PhD in physical chemistry, computational chemistry, chemical engineering, electrochemistry, or closely related field.
• Deep understanding of thermodynamics, statistical mechanics, chemical kinetics, and electrochemistry.
• Experience with MD or DFT and model selection/validation.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a computational electrolyte research agenda.
• Develop ML models combining simulation and experimental data.
• Translate molecular insight into battery performance improvements.
