Tessera Therapeutics in Somerville, MA, is seeking a highly motivated Computational Biologist to join the Data Sciences team in a hybrid role with 2-3 onsite days per week. You will work with biologists to design experiments and develop tools for processing molecular data.

You will interpret data from diverse preclinical projects, collaborate with scientists across disciplines, and present findings to senior leadership to guide program decisions and strategic direction.

Qualifications

• PhD/MS/BS with extensive research experience in genome editing and omics.
• Broad knowledge of genome editing technologies and off-target discovery assays.
• Hands-on experience in building and debugging NGS analysis pipelines in cloud env.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and interpret multi-omics data to understand gene writing systems.
• Collaborate with experimental scientists to ensure data informs decisions.
• Present findings to senior leadership to drive program decisions.
