Qualifications

• PhD or MS with substantial industry experience in biotech/biopharma.
• Proficiency in R and Python for bioinformatics analyses.
• Experience with single-cell platforms (10x Genomics) and multi-omics data.
• Experience deploying analytical workflows on cloud platforms (AWS).
• Ability to contribute to regulatory submissions and documentation.
• Strong written scientific communication and autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on multi-platform omics analysis across programs (scRNA-seq, BCR/TCR, NanoString, flow cytometry).
• Develop and maintain reproducible analysis pipelines across outputs.
• Contribute to regulatory characterization and IND-related analyses.
• Prepare analysis outputs for conference abstracts, posters, and manuscripts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and train wet-lab scientists.
