Job summary

Composite Resources, a Re:Build Manufacturing company in Rock Hill, SC, is seeking experienced Composite Technicians for hand lay-up of composite materials and vacuum bagging processes. You will handle prepregs, epoxy systems, read SOPs, and perform hand-finishing with attention to tight tolerances.

You will join a team focused on aerospace and defense-grade components, with a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with carbon fiber, kevlar, and fiberglass.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs and work instructions.
• Hands-on fabrication skills with a variety of hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform hand lay-up of composite materials (wet lay-up and prepreg).
• Execute vacuum bagging process from start to finish.
• Apply resin systems including epoxy, polyester, vinyl ester.
• Perform hand-finishing on patterns and molds.
• Own adhesive bonding and structural assembly tasks.
• Suggest improvements to SOPs based on floor experience.
• Conduct self-quality checks for high reliability.
