Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in composite fabrication.
• Strong experience with wet layup and prepreg systems.
• Experience prototyping or low-rate production in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Execute composite fabrication including wet layup and prepregs.
• Interpret engineering drawings and laminate schedules.
• Support prototype development, tooling and first article builds.
• Perform trimming, bonding and finishing to tight tolerances.
• Assist engineering in process development and optimization.
• Maintain quality standards per regulated industry requirements.
