Job summary

arrivia is seeking a Compliance and Treasury Manager to own accounting, treasury, and compliance across multiple entities. You will manage month-end and year-end closes, cash, and banking relationships while ensuring US GAAP reporting and internal controls remain audit-ready.

You will coordinate audits, handle statutory filings, multi-state tax filings, and coordinate with external tax advisors. Strong leadership and ERP/Excel skills are essential for this senior role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA strongly preferred; MBA/Finance master’s a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, with at least 3 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Close and financial reporting across multiple entities, including intercompany activity, consolidations, reconciliations, and US GAAP reporting.
• Treasury operations: cash positioning, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting.
• Banking and financing: manage banking relationships, credit facilities, loans, and covenant reporting.
• Internal controls: design, strengthen, and maintain controls to safeguard assets and support audit readiness.
• Audit coordination: liaison for internal and external audits and timely resolution of findings.
• Statutory/compliance: end-to-end filings, registrations, policies across jurisdictions.
• Tax filings and coordination: multi-state and sales/use taxes, coordinating with external tax advisors.
• Technical accounting: ensure correct treatment of tax and treasury transactions.
