Job summary

PNC is seeking a Senior Compliance Program Specialist to join its Enterprise Compliance team in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on supporting the Swap Dealer business within Capital Markets, providing guidance on CFTC requirements and governance standards, and implementing compliance programs across products and initiatives.

The person will analyze data to identify compliance risks, escalate issues when necessary, and coordinate monitoring activities to ensure adherence to risk controls.

Qualifications

• University degree required with 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Certifications are often desired.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes compliance programs to prevent illegal or unethical practices.
• Analyzes data to identify compliance risks and suggests resolutions.
• Escalates identified risks to senior team members when needed.
• Manages the compliance monitoring program and reports within risk limits.
• Communicates program objectives to business partners and leads improvements.
