Western Alliance Bank is seeking a Compliance Consultant on a contract-to-hire basis. You will review information to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, support the Compliance Management System, and advise on policies, risk assessments, and controls.

Collaborate across lines of defense to strengthen monitoring and compliance controls. Strong candidates have 2+ years in regulatory compliance or risk management, plus a high school diploma with a preferred bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related experience in Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Ability to assess compliance with federal and state statutes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze information to ensure compliance with policies/regulations.
• Support development, maintenance, and monitoring of the Compliance Management System.
• Provide guidance on policies, risk assessments, issue management, and controls.
