Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• Advanced knowledge of laws, regulations and regulatory trends.
• Advanced risk, compliance and audit competencies.
• Advanced understanding of testing principles and review execution.
• Advanced understanding of business line operations, products, services, systems and risks.
• Strong business acumen and credibility to address risks.
• Strong facilitation, project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIA) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing activities and manage assigned Reviews in accordance with CQA procedures.
• Plan, scope, and assess compliance, risk and customer experience impacts.
• Develop test documents and approaches with clear objectives.
• Complete testing to assess control effectiveness and regulatory compliance.
• Compile work papers with objectives, exceptions and conclusions.
• Vet exceptions with business contacts and perform root cause analysis.
• Prepare draft issues and reports for Senior Management.
• Support onboarding and training of new hires; assist with closure of Reviews.
