Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Compliance Quality Assurance Lead Analyst to oversee testing activities within the Independent Risk Review and Assessment (IRRA) second line. You will partner with risk, compliance, and business units to strengthen fiduciary controls, communicate findings to leadership, and coach supporting analysts.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience; role is on-site at a U.S. Bank location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically more than six years of applicable experience.
• JD and/or relevant professional certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee testing activities within IRRA and ensure compliance with fiduciary standards.
• Communicate testing results to management with clear, drafted reports.
• Identify control weaknesses and collaborate on corrective actions.
• Provide oversight and coaching to supporting analysts.
