Job summary

Scale AI, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager for Compliance to drive the enterprise compliance program across ABAC, gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, and third‑party risk.

You will translate policy into practice, align with Legal, Procurement, and Finance, and help operationalize the ERM framework while supporting audits and due diligence. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years building or running ethics and compliance programs, a track record of creating policies and controls from

Qualifications

• 5+ years building or operating ethics and compliance programs in-house, with hands-on ownership of ABAC and at least one of gifts and entertainment, conflicts of interest, or third-party risk.

Responsibilities

• Build, design, improve, and streamline Scale's core compliance programs (ABAC, gifts & entertainment, conflicts of interest, third‑party risk, sanctions).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve policies, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor regulatory developments and translate into policy changes; track obligations from customer contracts.
• Partner with leadership to mature the enterprise risk management framework and assess key business risks.
• Develop reporting to show program health for Legal & GRC leadership.
• Support audit and assurance work during peak periods and handle inbound diligence questionnaires.
