Job summary

Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota is hiring a Principal Compliance Improvement Consultant in Eagan, MN. This role drives corrective action plans to strengthen compliance, risk management, and organizational transparency.

You will collaborate with business and compliance experts to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of compliance experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and preferred Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related compliance & regulatory affairs professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional two years of relevant experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee CAPs addressing compliance and regulatory risks.
• Lead root cause analyses, impact assessments, and process evaluations for sustainable improvements.
• Manage CAP execution with tracking, milestones, and escalation of risks or barriers.
• Prepare materials and updates for governance and compliance subcommittees.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into practical processes to strengthen risk management.
