Job summary

Caliza is seeking a senior analyst to own and advance its real-time transaction monitoring program. You will partner with Engineering to improve TM tooling and ensure comprehensive coverage across fiat and stablecoin flows, while defining and reporting metrics to Compliance leadership and the Board.

You will run daily alert triage, investigations, and case management, including SAR/STR decisioning for multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in AML/BSA or financial crime compliance.
• Hands-on experience implementing or migrating a TM system and writing AML rules.
• Strong data skills, including SQL, and clear communication for audits and exams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the real-time transaction monitoring program from rule writing to tuning and testing.
• Run daily alert triage, investigations, and case management, including reviewing held transactions.
• Lead SAR and STR decisioning and filing for US, Bermuda, Brazil, and Mexico.
• Partner with Engineering to enhance TM tooling and ensure best-in-class coverage across fiat and stablecoin flows.
• Define and report TM metrics to Compliance leadership and the Board.
