Ericsson is seeking an experienced Compliance Officer for the US Market Area Americas, based in Plano, TX (Hybrid). You will partner with senior leaders to manage ethics, regulatory compliance, and risk, driving a culture of integrity across functions including Legal, Security, Finance, and HR.

This role emphasizes risk assessment, investigations support, third-party management, and timely updates to executive leadership. Candidates should bring 10+ years in compliance and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 10 years in compliance, legal, internal audit, investigations, ERM, financial crime, regulatory affairs, or related discipline.
• JD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s in Law, Business, Finance, Risk Management, or related field.
• Experience advising business leaders on risk, compliance, governance, or regulatory matters.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted compliance advisor to leaders, providing risk-based guidance on ethics and compliance matters.
• Lead risk-based compliance activities across US units and legal entities.
• Identify emerging risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and speaking up throughout the organization.
• Conduct risk assessments, monitoring, and reviews with stakeholders to implement practical solutions.
• Manage Third-Party risk and due diligence, including remediation actions.
