Reporting to the Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer, the Senior Compliance Officer, Global Monitoring, Auditing, and Third-Party Risk Management is a senior member of the Ethics, Compliance, and Privacy department who will play a critical role in advancing the company's long-term strategy and commitment to compliance and ethics.

Job Summary

The Senior Compliance Officer, Global Monitoring, Auditing, and Third-Party Risk Management leads a team of compliance and data analytics professionals, providing strategic direction and guidance to the team, as well as to senior global leaders of the Commercial, R&D, Finance, IT, ERM, and Legal departments and other stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities
  • Leads a global team of compliance, data analytics, and monitoring/auditing professionals to support the strategic objectives of the organization and its commitment to compliance and ethics.
  • Develops, implements, and enhances a global compliance and privacy monitoring program, including an effective live monitoring program designed to support our business both in the US and internationally.
  • Collects and analyzes data to detect global emerging risk areas, deficient controls, fraud, or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Prepares detailed reports and/or dashboards for the Ethics, Compliance, and Privacy team, as well as key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 10-12 years of relevant pharmaceutical compliance and/or privacy experience in-house, with specific expertise in utilizing data analytics to design and implement a healthcare compliance monitoring program.
  • Law degree preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent analytics skills and experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS).
  • Extensive experience conducting healthcare compliance audits, including audits of third-party healthcare-related vendors.

For US-based candidates, the full and complete base pay range is $230,400.00 - $345,600.00. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors.
