Job summary

K2 Integrity is seeking an experienced compliance professional to lead AML model validation, transaction monitoring design, and sanctions governance across tradfi and crypto. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven testing, and regulatory alignment in a hybrid New York office setting.

The candidate will validate blockchain-analytics rules, calibrate monitoring scenarios, and contribute to AI-enabled validation methodologies while engaging with regulators and clients.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of AML model validation, transaction monitoring rule design, and sanctions screening experience.
• Experience in blockchain-analytics settings and model review.
• Strong knowledge of OCC, NYDFS Part 504, FFIEC, and OFAC guidance.
• Hybrid experience across crypto and traditional finance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own MRM and model validation engagements end-to-end (pre/post-implementation testing).
• Apply risk-based validation aligned with interagency guidance and client risk profile.
• Develop and maintain governance docs, validation reports, and audit-ready workpapers.
• Apply data analytics and statistics to validate model efficacy and thresholds.
