Job summary

Sterling Computers Corporation is seeking a Compliance Manager (Information Security) to lead the L&C information security program and drive audits and continuous improvement. You will partner with business units to implement frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, and CMMC 2.0 while maintaining TS/SCI clearance requirements.

The role requires expertise in government contracting security, strong governance, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience in information security compliance functions.
• Experience with NISPOM and government/IT security frameworks (ISO 27001, CMMC 2.0, NIST 800-171).
• Active TS/SCI clearance required; CISA preferred.
• Ability to interact with leadership and manage multiple compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate day‑to‑day security activities and requests.
• Implement and support security systems, processes, and compliance programs.
• Monitor and improve systems to address changing requirements.
• Prepare for and participate in audits (internal and external).
• Develop metrics to drive conformance and continual improvement.
