Cerapedics in Westminster, CO is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead the company’s compliance programs across federal and international reporting obligations. You will collaborate with management and the Compliance Officer to ensure data integrity, governance, and timely implementation of regulatory updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of healthcare industry compliance experience.
• Sunshine Act and transparency reporting experience required.
• U.S. Healthcare Compliance Certification a plus.
• Strong knowledge of OIG seven elements, False Claims Act, anti-kickback statute and related compliance.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High integrity with ethical core values.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage state and federal transparency reporting obligations.
• Develop aggregate spend interpretations document and update as laws change.
• Monitor investigations and ensure proper remediation and controls.
• Develop training and communications on aggregate spend and state reporting.
• Coordinate corrective action planning on compliance trainings and events.
• Support investigations in collaboration with Legal Department.
• Review and approve Healthcare Professional engagements for compliance.
