Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Compliance Senior Analyst for the Health System Shared Services, Compliance and Integrity unit. This role partners with the Chief Compliance/Privacy Officer and other leaders to strengthen the program and ensure regulatory adherence across OSUWMC and university operations.

You will handle investigations, monitoring, audits, staff education, and risk assessment in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities spanning faculty, staff, and patients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Four years of work experience in compliance, internal audit, or law firm preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer experience Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations, monitoring and auditing.
• Educate staff and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with Chief Compliance/Privacy Officer and leaders across OSU Wexner Medical Center.
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and patients across OSU Wexner Medical Center.
