Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Compliance Manager to oversee ethics inquiries, ensure policy consistency, and monitor evolving laws and regulations. You will work with leadership to develop, update, and roll out policies and SOPs, while identifying gaps and driving strategic improvements across the organization.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision making, and team development to strengthen the company’s regulatory posture and governance framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field with 2 years of compliance/ethics experience, or 4 years of relevant compliance experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office at an intermediate level is required.
• Strong track record in compliance management within complex business environments.
• Ability to develop, update and implement policies and SOPs aligned with ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage compliance inquiries and ensure consistent policy application within area of responsibility.
• Monitor laws, regulations, and policies to keep compliance standards up to date.
• Develop and communicate policies and SOPs with leadership.
• Identify compliance gaps, analyze data trends, and propose strategic solutions.
• Lead legislative assessment efforts and adapt business plans accordingly.
• Oversee stakeholder engagement and maintain relationships to support compliance initiatives.
• Supervise and develop team members to foster accountability and learning.
