Modine is seeking a Compliance Engineer to lead product compliance efforts across engineering and manufacturing, with a strong emphasis on UL 60335-2-40, UL 2755, UL 62368-1, and UL 508A for data center and HVAC equipment.

You will collaborate with design teams, coordinate with testing labs for UL certification, and maintain documentation for audits. A 5+ year engineering background with regulatory experience is required, with CAD and compliance software proficiency.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years of total engineering experience with at least 3 years in product compliance, regulatory engineering, and/or safety certification.
• Strong working knowledge of UL standards, especially UL 60335-2-40, UL-2755, UL 62368-1, and UL 508A.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, and ISO/IEC standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead product safety reviews and coordinate with third‑party testing labs for UL certification.
• Interpret and apply UL standards to engineering designs and BOMs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate compliance requirements into product design and development.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate compliance and support failure analysis and corrective actions.
