Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data extraction, analytic and reporting software tools like Power BI, Business Objects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the internal BI Group to generate data and reports for compliance monitoring and testing; use data mining techniques to identify review areas.
• Lead the work product of other Compliance Testing/Data Mining Analysts in collaboration with the incumbent.
• Apply generated reports to facilitate compliance testing and monitoring.
• Review areas of concern identified through Compliance Risk Assessment across lines of business, products and services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant consumer laws and regulations; review policies and procedures.
• Conduct compliance testing on business areas and products to evaluate adherence to laws and internal policies.
• Gather data and design/execute control and process tests; document procedures in workpapers; note non-compliance incidents for escalation.
• Prepare and draft final reports for stakeholders; assess action plans and remediation timelines.
• Follow up on identified issues to ensure effective implementation of actions.
• Apply reports for testing and periodic monitoring of activities.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
